Bruno, do you make yours wedge-shaped? Also, do you go straight from the grinder to 1000 grit or do you move up? Does that 1000 cut very quickly?

For the washers, look at microfasteners.com. You want #0.

You probably need 1/8 or 3/16ths flatbar. Try a local machine shop or metal shop.

How do you cut and shape brass spacers? I know it is pretty soft. Can you shape it with a sanding wheel?
