Chip-a -Tooth Well water here too but I have found that using it very hot works pretty good for me, we keep our water heater turned up to the red zone :)

Soap, Williams for sure, but I have to admit to still using and loving Col Conk Amber, but only the Amber I never liked their other soaps..
