    Step 3 - Polishing and Evaluating

    Used an 80 grit belt to do the heavy work then switched to a 320 to gently kiss the edge meet up
    Polished out on 600 grit greasless then polished back to shine so that there are no rough edges...

    I'll use a 2x72 and grind on the platen first to get rid of the bad section, then move off the platen to use the belt slack and some Gymnastics to add the curve...

    Step 1 - Look at the razor

    I usually take these pics so I can get an idea of what would need to be ground away to achieve a look, keep in mind the longer you grind the higher the risk goes, also the more metal that get ground...

    Interesting chip, and they are a challenge to take out, all I can do is try, I would take it very slow on the 2x72 and a bucket of water :p and hope I don't hear...
