    I dropped my Dubl duck chipping the toe, I'm thinking about sending it to gssixgun for repair can anything be done to make it shave again.. Sorry I know it's a double duck Typo

    Interesting chip, and they are a challenge to take out, all I can do is try, I would take it very slow on the 2x72 and a bucket of water and hope I don't hear the dreaded PING !!!!!

    I've seen a Puma that buddy fixed up, this looks like the same thing could be done to it. I'd love to see this made into an Irish point! What are the plans for this? I would hate to see it get squared off. Even a softer french point would look nice.

    On razor restoration it is a fallacy to think that you can "Plan" oh you might have an idea in the back of your mind but the razor decides not you...

    Using your idea for one second on this... Look at the crack,, now think for a second, how a French/Irish/Obilique point works out,,, That would require the most grinding instead of the least grinding.... The more grinding you do the more likely something bad is going to happen...

    Right now my "plan" is to try and make it back into a RP, perhaps a bit more squared like a DOVO has, but when it gets here I will use a Magic Marker and see what idea/path loses the least steel in the process, ie: which will be the safest route...
