Cool Step 3 - Polishing and Evaluating

Used an 80 grit belt to do the heavy work then switched to a 320 to gently kiss the edge meet up
Polished out on 600 grit greasless then polished back to shine so that there are no rough edges...

Edge length after fix = 2 5/8" exactly what it got here with, so Frank lost zero edge length with going with the original Round Point look

You can not even tell the razor was damaged or reworked, it looks so original. Bravo Glen!!!

Always good to see a fine razor saved from the dump. Very nice work.

'Just amazing, Glen. This and a heavy Helje you did last year just boggle my head. I'm betting the owner is ready to name his first 3 kids after you. Both of these were so worth the effort & you did 'em proud.

    Default Oh, Really Glen ?

It seems that Glen wants us to believe that he does this great work all by himself.

....well I know the secret,,,, now we all know it !!
