I just sent this and 9 other razors to be honed/restored/evaluated. I think this one would make an excellent restore:D I hope my picture taking skills improve before it returns.

Thanx guys, I think the seller teaches a lesson on how NOT to photograph a razor. The plaid background made it look like it had a couple of major nicks on the blade. I'm sure it cost him some $$

Thanx, the only sandpaper I had was 220 and I might have made a major newbie error..

Is Maas better than Flitz? I've gone over it with Flitz 4 times and then 3 more with a buffer/dremel. The stains are much better, but still there. I'm very hesitant about using sandpaper with etching.

I got it, I think it was well worth the $17. I don't know how to get the stains off of it though. I was surprised at the good edge. I looked at it with through a jeweler's loupe and the edge looked...

I got an answer a few minutes ago. He says it's not chipped. He says it's really sharp and to be careful..lol
