The blade looks good and there is not much honewear-the rust will probably be easily removed. I have one concern about the rust on the heel area of the blade bevel-there may be some pitting...

There was also another company called Rodgers Cutlery Co. Germany, mentioned in Goins' Encyclopedia, and the Standard Guide to Razors. Apparently they are still in business making tableware.
