It is fixed. The problem was ........ earlier today I had checked multi quote on two posts within a thread. I hit reply with quote and than copied and pasted what was in the text box within another...

Yeah, I should have thought of that. I have a 'test' account that I keep clear of everything. So I guess my home directory is corrupted on the regular user account ?

Yeah, definitely my os. I've rebooted a couple of times and still no help. Maybe need to install a new distro.

To whom it may concern ........ When I click reply with quote I get the 'wheel of death' spinning until I give up and hit the back button. Reply is working but not 'with quote.' :chapeau
