What you say is spot on Martin, but with a lot of guys, speaking from my own experience relative to ADs, it is the action as much, or more, than the item.

Forgot to mention my Arks ...... Washita Lily White, Soft Ark, Translucent, and Hard Black. All Pike or Pike/Norton. I'll die with those. Wait for the estate sale if you're interested. :D

I still have a single grit Norton 4, and an 8, and I really like them, but don't use them often. Mostly use the Chosera 1-3-5-10 in series, and the Suehiro 20k for finishing.
