This is another possibility.... it is an ordinary blank and it is not fused/welded but simply a blank that had a line on one edge that ended up being the spine. It should have been polished out but...

In all other regards it is a standard Dovo with tang stamp ?

Strangest razor mfg I've ever seen. I've never heard of a razor made in such a way as that. Is that a one of a kind ?
