Personally I think Bartmanns are as good as any duck, Filly or Puma. I know you like the old Sheffield wedges Mike but I bet if you shave with that one a time or two it will be a keeper. :)

I've got a half dozen Bartmanns and all are superlative. Whether it will be truly shave ready out of the box remains to be seen but it very well may be. I've had a Merkur, a Dorp-Voos (pre Dovo)...
