It's a Pearlduck so it's post WWll probably 1950s or possibly 60s. My guess is it was some of the last DDs ever made. They needed some stock and had a generic maker do the run for them.

Yes these come up every now and then but are quite rare. As we all know the makers of some of the DDs are unknown and to complicate things further some makers made DD models with their names on them...
