I have run a razor over it after the coticule and it didn't hurt the edge!... -

I've lapped mine on 300 then 600 grit wet'n'dry. It is very smooth, about the same as the WoA but it looks "deeper" wet if that makes sense. It is very dark grey when dry and very pretty swirly black...
