The yellow side is very fine 8k+ I think. This hone absorbs water almost like a Norton and almost needs to soak. It's very different than my other Barber Hones in that respect

I know this looks like a Coticule, but I'm pretty sure it's not. It seems synthetic, but lapped fairly easy, it seems to hold water and feels harder with less feedback than a Coticule, it's size is...
