I have several like that Vasilis (very dark type)...
I have several like that Vasilis (very dark type) - they are good finishers, on a par with a lower grade thuringian. It is hard to tell them from the darker grey, more abrasive ones in pictures...

Unfortunately, the mine owner used the name of the area as a 'brand' - the problem is that he often used hones from other mines and there are at least four varieties including the original purple...
