    Been considering the Merkur slant. Does it work...

    Been considering the Merkur slant. Does it work equally well on few days growth. Of the two I have, the open comb seems better to kickstart a heavier growth.

    What's your favourite razor & what's your favourite blade ?

    I haven't tried a lot of variety but atm use a Merkur 1904 open comb &/or a cheap TTO Feather. Have tried Feather, Gillete & Astra...
