Yes, 400 sounds a bit aggressive for slurry. I can confirm he does use the 1200 Atoma for slurry on J-Nats. Let us know how the Sigma works.

Yamashta san speaks highly of the Atoma plates & uses a 1200 (I think) for slurry making with his hones. Next purchase for me.



Yep, mines an oven door glass from a dumpster :)

I like Carbide powders directly on glass. Papers allow more play than I like. Also I can use a big a$$ piece of glass. Its all over pretty quick :)
