I would assume anything is unsafe for celluloid...
I would assume anything is unsafe for celluloid unless the manufacturer says otherwise.
Oxidative damage is a bad thing for celluloid. A product with 'oxy' in it is a concern IMHO.

Celluloid is not really happy with most chemicals...
Celluloid is not really happy with most chemicals so I would advise against the peroxide & alcohol.
I wonder how deep the blue colour struck ? Can you un pin & rub the inside with say 1000 grit...
