Mine came in a steel bucket however I heat parks 50 at 100-120F for 1095 hence it's in a different container. To each his own as this works perfectly for me.

I bought 5 gallons of #50 from a retired knife maker about 6-7 years ago and I'll still take half that with me to my grave :D.
