You might try PMing "cannonfodder" for sources of pinning washers and things of that nature. He has done some nice work and I have seen his equipment case. Maybe MAX or SHAM can help you there...

I finally found a place that has ornate washers suitable for pinning razors. They come in sterling silver and gold plated. I also found some others on the same day at A.C. Moore art & craft store.
