Can I use the Washita stone for honing? Seems to work with the couple of laps that I did on a blade from the restoration bin. Anyone know an approximate grit rating?

Seems fast to me.

The third is a combination stone. The more used side is coarser, with the other being a little finer. Probably similar to a 325/1000
