Hmmm... I don't have two scroll bars on my WinXP system. I tried using both Firefox and IE browsers, both loaded via the main site and directly... I only ever have a single (vertical) scroll bar.

It likely means that some of the add-ins, style changes, and edits we do to tailor vBulletin to our needs have violated the standards. Is this creating a problem for you in any way?
