Just to clear up how the forum works:

The person who starts a thread can edit it's title for a period of 5-min after submitting the initial post... then the title is locked.
A person can edit...

The forums don't work that way. You're trying to use a discussion forum for a classifieds ad system... it doesn't work too well. :shrug:
