Thanked: 485My, What a Big Tail You Have
Razor | De Pews | Cream | Body Shop Macca Root | After Shave | Myrosol Aqua de Limón | EDC | Lavanda
Nice shave with this little fellow with the big tail. The Body shop Macca Root lathered itself (as it does). The Myrosol and Lavanda go so well together, if you have these try them as a combo. If you don’t have them, get them.
Two weeks of holidays after today, very happy about that, thank you very much…

Oh man! So many WAY cooler shaves then mine, but it still got featured. Pretty pumped about that! Yesterday was a great shave.
Today's was a little less so (shaved off a spot that bled for a few minutes), and as I've already posted a picture of the razor, I won't repeat, but here's the list anyway:
Preshave: Hot towel and olive oil
Brush: Dovo Micarta Silvertip
Soap: CS Brand Vanilla Shaving Soap in Sheffield pewter mug
Razor: Hart Steel 6/8" round point 1/4 hollow ground in Walnut Scales
Aftershave: Dominica Bay Rum Lime
Balm: AoS Sandalwood Balm

Thanked: 485Hmmm. Is that in those old fashioned style ceramic bottles? Might have to look that up! My father always wore Old Spice and to me it's a 'Saturday scent' because he always shaved (with his DE) on Saturdays after mowing the lawn and before reading the paper. Saturday is the only time I was awake when he shaved, so I equate Saturdays with DE razors, a mowing of lawns and Old Spice. That's why generally I reserve my DE shave for Saturdays. One day I'll write a long post of exactly why each razor is in the place in the rotation that it is and bore you all to tears...It's very intricate and deep, you know...
