Today a test shave (only my head)
The shave was ok.
Why ok and not great, i also do a test whit the acca kappa soap. I cant get a desent lather of it, i do the same routine as my other soaps. The lather disappears very quick.
I feel the the edge from this Le Grelot is good.
Prep head wash
Silvertipbrush
Le Grelot 6/8

Tuesday evening
Hot water prep
Blasberg 9/8 razor - Generic silvertip brush - Acca Kappa 1869 sc - cold water splash - Acca Kappa 1869 balm - hot towel - Acca Kappa 1869 as
A very nice and relaxing shave, again to the tunes of Hank Mobley - Soul Station.
An underrated artist in my humble opinion. Even if you don't like Jazz, it's worth trying this album.
The Blasberg had a small touch up last time when my good friend visited and he was right. I did a good job.
A true fine razor that's even slightly bellied hollow (when I traced its lines today with thumb and index finger).
Respect for the craftsmen of times gone by.
The picture is bluntly copying Lotse's style. I really like it.
I hope he doesn't mind.
