Thanks Jamie. The tail does indeed help make it a comfortable wield and looks cool as well :-).

    Prep - None
    Soap - Yardley
    Brush - Semogue 1305 boar
Razor - Gillette New Improved Tuckaway OC head with later thick bar handle
    Post - Alum block
AS - Aqua Velva Ice Blue

Cold water face lathered shave. That has to be one of the nicest shaving heads I have ever used, smooth and close shaving while not being too harsh/aggressive. The New Model head which came after shaves as close but to me is harsher/more aggressive for no gain.

Celebrating Thanksgiving today. I am especially thankful for 30 years of marriage. Yesterday was 30 years of marriage for us. How she put up with me all these years is beyond my comprehension.
Congratulations! 30 Years is a lot!
On Monday it will be my 12th wedding anniversary.

Soap : GFT Spanish leather cream
    Brush : Progress Vulfix 404
    Razor : 1891 A&W Arbenz frameback
Post : Proraso pre-post cream, cold water

    Finish : BBS

    Comments :
Two days brush was sliced off with no problems from the Arbenz, with no burn afterwards... I guess that means it's shave-ready?
