The Day? Above freezing! The Shave? All the tools working together made sure I had a nice shave.

The razors of Carl Rader are excellent straights without exception. Congratulations to the beautiful piece!
    Notable brush by the way...

    Razor: Genco 5/8 Square Point
    Brush: Semogue 1800 (day 2)
    Cream: Trumper's Violet
After: Dickinson's With Hazel / Aqua Velva Original Sport / Nivea ASB / Bigelow Green cologne

    very nice comfortable shave.
First day with the Trumpers - excellent glide / comfort. I really like the subtle scent as well.

The Semogue brush so far is excellent - nice backbone and seems to work well with creams.

This Genco is a real surprise - I dug it out of a box in my shop to practie honing, but its been a real joy to use...I was going to kill the edge and use it for practice. I will have to go to the 'bay and try to pick up something else to practice with.

    GO SEAHAWKS!!!!
