I know nothing about this S.M.D. razor, other than the fact that it's a great little shaver. It was a gift from the personal collection of a friend in Wales. On the reverse side of the tang is stamped that it if forged and ground in Germany of Sheffield steel. Jimps top and bottom, and three pin scales ... Quite nice. Touched up for today's shave with my finest coticule .. A prized La Veinnette.
The rest of the shave was "all Arlington ... "

Something interesting for music today. I was in High School the first time I heard this, and was completely blown away by it!. I was a trombone player at the time, and the teen that played this piece as a solo, a trumpeter. My son became a trumpet player quite early, and right through college. I remember being so proud when he played this himself as a solo at about 15.
