Three Greeks and a Turk together, around a sharp object. Amazingly no one was injured.

    Hot Water Prep

    Morris&Forndran Blonde Badger 1/2
    Ralf Aust 7/8 Spanish Point
    Witch Hazel
    Penhaligon's Endymion EdT

A trying day at the funeral home, and a trying trip to pick up relatives. The funeral was Monday ... I just haven't had time to breathe.

    Tuesday, 7.22.14

    Tepid Water Splash
    Proraso Sapone da Barba
    Simpsons Duke3 in Best
    Ralf Aust 7/8 Spanish Point
    Witch Hazel
    Proraso Dopobarba AfterShave Splash

Things are quieting down a bit, and I needed a relaxed, cooling shave. The Aust was chosen again because it was ready to go from Sunday's shave and because it does an exemplary job of clearing whiskers. I was just too drained to do this shave any other way!

Amazing postings by everyone this week ... I'm simply awestruck. I'm finding I have more and more difficulty in my feeble attempts to keep up with you gents!

    My condolences Bill.

Happy Over the Hump Day!! May the rest of your week be just busy enough to be un-boring!

Unknown maker's shave set in a sectioned tube, Palmolive stick and a Rapira blade.
The Day? Nice to be 80ºF / 27ºC. The Shave, A very aggressive razor and a close shave in two latherings. The razor, blade, and Palmolive worked well together
What an ingenious set of tools which take up almost nil space in the traveler's luggage. Made to be used, the set had some signs of use and good care. The Gillette blades in the case were two holers from prior to 1928. I am tickled to be its caretaker!!

And, yes there is only one solid section to the bar handle!
    Cheers
