English Traveling Shave set ~1940-NOS, Gillette English made aluminum ball tech, boar brush, Wilkinson stick.
The Day? Sunny and very windy 22F/ -6C. The shave? Fun...All those goodies in bright Chrome and Bakelite. A good NOS Gillette, and modern Wilkinson stick. A close and satisfying shave in two.
This Two-Tix set is of high quality in a Leatherette case. Back in the day the shave soap in a kit was very often a stick and the supplied brush did the lather on the face. Canisters are provided for: stick, brush, toothbrush, bath soap, styptic pencil, mustache wax, with a military brush and comb and polished steel mirror is included. Possibly a Junior officer's kit. With suitable additions, it would not be at all out of place now.
