    May 14 SOTD:

    Homemade PS Oil
WD High Mountain Badger 30 mm
    TSD Lanolin Egyptian Spice
    EJ Chatsworth Barley
    Bluebird blade
    Stirling Unscented PSB
    TOBS Sandalwood AS

This was my first use of the 30 mm WD. I like the brush, but will have to spend a little time figuring it out. Shave was good, and I seem to have had good success with the Bluebird.

I did a one stone hone with the razor using the Guangxi stone. I started with a heavy slurry and slowly diluted it. I finished with some .5 diamond spray from SRD, 20/40 passes on a Bison horsehide stop with linen. I have never had much luck with the Guangxi, but seem to get a fairly decent edge this time. I am still not a big fan of the full hollow razors but the Sheffield Cutlery was an exception.
