Friday Morning SOTD
I Love The Feel of Sheffield in the Morning
Prep: Hot Shower
Pre Shave: Castle Forbes Pre Shave & a Hot Towel
Razor: Jonathan Crooks 13/16"
Strop: Mastro Livi Large Loom Strop
Pre Shave: Castle Forbes Pre Shave
Brush: Elks Horn White Tip Badger 28mm knot
Soap: Taylor Of Old Bond Street Sandlewood Herbal
After Shave: Truefitt & Hill Trafalgar After Shave Balm
Cologne: Truefitt & Hill Trafalgar
I honed it before I shaved. I stropped it with some SRD 15 Carat .25 micron diamond spray. I didn't want to wait overnight for the spray to dry on my linen side of my strop so I got my heat gun & turned it to the lowest setting & hit it with warm air about 15 seconds & it was dry so I stropped it 20X with that & 100X with the leather side & it has a great edge on it. I was wiping water from it & as always cut my Harley t-shirt & my finger.

Proraso|G5|AOS Badger|L'Occitane Cade|W&B 'Special' 13/16|ProrasoAS|Cade BalmOverdid it a little on the suds, but the Cade is fantastic stuff especially when used with the balm. The 'Special' razor seems to have harder steel in it than my other W&B's and holds a fantastic edge. What a perfect way to start the last day of work before a weeks vacation!
