I wonder as long as you have Fiodur if you know what 72 1/2 stand for? I can't find any info about their codes/numbers. I have Fiodur 72 1/2 and really like it; never heard of 78 1/2

As far as I'm aware, the first number ie 72 indicates the model type. The 1/2 indicates that the blade is a round nose.

I have 3 Henckels, all designated with the 1/2 and all have the round nose.

Nom de Zeus ! (Great Scott !) here's yesterday's SOTD to prepare for last night's special screening :

    - PAA "Al Fin" soap
    - Chubby 2 Best
    - Boots Sheffield straights
    - Fasan Duramat DE
    - htgam "Al Fin" AS

This pair of Boots cannot compare to Marty's Nikes, but it sure is more practical for shaving.

    Bonne journée à tous !
