It was a good decision to give this Kamisori a full Restore, new gunmetal finish, new Wrapping and a lot of work giving it a good geometry back but it was worth it,
shaved with it today and yeah, it feels good :-)

Awesome warm lather shave on a cold January day.
Tested the #3 brush heading to phrank once more, trying to just wet the tips as suggested by Sharptonn prior to loading. I then drizzled water into the Skuttle as required to get to the consistency I like. Another fling free sudsing, with vigorous brush strokes.
Really unlike both shorter loft boars of modern vintage I have tried. It is a boar of a different feel for certain. Quite like it actually.
That lather, and HarryWallys Shumate, I had a terrific shave made possible by the sharing and community spirit so strong here on SRP.
