    Haha, Thanks Bob.
I'll say, it's easier than it looks. With the slouching through Move-ember, I'm now taking "dry January" pretty serious and have been getting up every Sunday and simply added 1km and 10 push-ups every week. Last week I skipped for reasons I'd rather not say, so this week I overcompensated. The push-ups were done at 2.5 km intervals after the stretches. My youngest daughter joined me on the bike and we had a good talk and some great laughs (in the rain, mind you) which made it all worth it. Move-ember got me thinking about health a lot and how peak performances are nice, but just that: a peak performance. What you need is a change of habits, lifestyle, whatever you call it. That's what I'm going for now. My goal was running 10km in under an hour. Now that I know that I can run an 11k, I'm going to start working on picking up speed on a 10k. I'll get there. A colleague of mine once showed me an article from a running magazine. An 80 year old guy who ran 2 half marathons and 1 full marathon a week (!) to stay in shape for all the marathons he'd run competitively... I'm not that fit by far. All things are relative.
