Mastro Livi RWL34, 9/8 Full Hollow, French Point

RWL34! This stainless steel remains one of my favorite ones for a straight razor's blade. This is the case of this Mastro Livi razor giving a very deep and smooth shave with its typical RWL34 touch. The French point is very effective in shaving some tricky spots thanks to its precision. It is now sometime I am using horse brushes and I admit I like them, giving a good compromise between softness and backbone. Arko soap is always a good performing choice and the super cooling finishing touch of my Thyrrenus aftershave did the rest. I thought it was the right aftershave for this sunny day.

    • Pre-Shave: RazorGuy Pre-Shave Oil
    • Soap: Arko
    • Brush: Vie-Long Horse Brush 13061, 24mm knot
    • Bowl: Gerby Bowl
    • Strop: Mastro Livi Medium Loom Strop "Coramella Italiana" and Hand Palm
    • Razor: Mastro Livi RWL34, 9/8 Full Hollow, French Point
    • Post-Shave: Alum Block
    • Post-Shave: Umbrian Extravirgin Olive Oil
    • After Shave: RazorGuy Thyrrenus
