First time ever using a straight razor must qualify as a "Shave of the Day"...
My Dovo Best Quality 5/8, and Col. Conk Bay Rum are what I used today. (I did cheat a bit and use my old Gillette adjustable safety razor for around the jawline.)
No nicks or irritation, so no styptic, balms or lotions were necessary.
