I drink plenty of Japanese green tea and Belgian beers to extend my longevity but regardless two things I noticed the most as I'm aging. The eyesight slowly deteriorates and the short term memory loss starts to show. On a positive note I still have all my hair and I don't need a prescription of viagra.
