Once again the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain is upon us. The Celts believed that at this time of year, the veil that separates the world as we know it, from the Otherworld, is stretched to it's thinnest, making contact between the living, and those that have gone on before possible.... In honor of the Ancient Celts ..

    Warm Water Splash
Czech & Speake "88" Shave Soap
Simpsons M6 Manchurian in faux Horn
    Ralf Aust 7/8 Spanish Point
Scrupleworks Vegetable Tanned Horsehide .. 30/50
    Bloc Osma
    Witch Hazel
    Jaguar Performance EdT

The Simpsons M6 is new to me .. Could I have finally found the perfect brush for my good self? Probably not, but there's a lot to like about this one. My preferred size at 22mm, it just works the way I like a brush to work.. The handle is sized and shaped perfectly. What more could I ask??? I don't know yet, but this one is definitely very nice!

Here's to another great week, gents...

    Sunday

    Henckells 14 razor
    Torolf strop
    Custom badger brush
    Arko cream
    Cold splash
    Shea butter
    Farina original Cologne

Tuesday was a hurried cartridge shave; nothing worth photographing. Thursday was skipped, so another four day stubble to mow down.
This 14 laughs the whiskers in their face.

    Have a great week gentlemen!

Phrank, that's so cool. I was on his website the other day drooling over his brushes in the galleries. Amazing workmanship on them and just crazy materials. Glad the ivory made it in for you with no issues! A true brush trophy!
