Thanks gentlemen for the kind words..

No matter how many times we've been through this, it never gets any easier. I always thought that God played a cruel joke on Man, by giving us a lifespan of 70 or so years, and our best friends just ten.
Every one of our dogs has taken a little piece of my heart with them ..

I agree, when my last dog passed I cried like a baby. Even now thinking about makes me tear up. So hard... but the friendship is priceless.

I switched razors today and had a challenge in that the goatee I've been sporting had to come off. I was going to go the easy route with a safety razor but sucked it up and used the SR. It took 3 tries but I was met with success. The razor definitely earned its pay!

I'm sorry for your loss. Did that myself a couple of times and it's very difficult.

    Default Christmas Holley

Razor: Holley with vintage honey horn scales.

Soap: Proraso green (tends to leave my face dry)

    Brush: Omega pro boar

    Skin nourishment: Witch hazel/eucalyptus oil

After shave: Aqua Velva Blue Ice

    Scent: Bvlgari Blv

This razor is one of my top shavers. I touched this up on my surgical black Arkansas stone and it just zipped the hair of my face. What a wonderful shave. Happy Holidays.

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one
