Smile Friday, 17th March, 2017 -- לכבוד שבת קודש

    Blade: 1918 Gillette silver-plated Military-issue (Old Type)
Brush: Plisson #12 in Pure Black Badger 22mm
    Suds: TGQ Unscented

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

    ---Friday---
    Razor--Jacob Wiss #65 5/8.
    Strops--SRD Premium 1 and Illinois 6454.
Soap--4 way soap concoction of Porter's, Conk, William's Mug, and Creamo.
Brush--VDH badger.........you gents really don't think I would use my Outback Magna Badger on a toxic mess like this do you?
Aftershave--Alum block, Dickinson's witch hazel, and a generous splash of homemade bay rum with orange zest.
Result--4 pass bbs The little Wiss delivered again. The soap concoction? Well, the performance was pretty good how ever the scent would drive a hungry buzzard off an outhouse roof in July. You gents have a great evening. Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.

    Hot Water Splash
Martin de Candre Fougere Shave Soap
Shavemac ATG LE "The Rowl" DO-1 Two Band
Nichiri's Rikishia High Class Full Hollow
Scrupleworks Vegetable Tanned Horsehide .. 30/50
    Witch Hazel
    D.R. Harris Sandalwood Splash

I obtained "The Rickshaw" razor quite accidentally. It's similar to all my Japanese Western Style Straights, but a wee bit less hollowed. It is a stunning shaver, and I'm always excited when it's turn comes 'round! Incomparably rescaled by Maximillian in yellow G-10 in a nod to it's Asian heritage..
"The Rowl" continues to impress, and I'm appreciating more and more it's "retro" style..

My morning shave was 14 hours ago in a different time zone. I'm going out to dinner tonight and decided a shower and shave was in order.
