It looks like sage to me. People use to to smudge with before prayers and other simply use it as incense.

Another awesome SOTD with quality American products, Genco razor, Soap Commander Influence and matching aftershave mentholated balm, and of course my favorite SRD English bridle strop and Rubberset #3. This is my best edge yet straight off the hones. It feels good to dial in a great edge, thanks to all the honing videos esp. Lynn from SRD and Keith from Tomo Nagura.
