Inoue Tosuke was NOS, wrapped the handle myself with some string from my wife's drawer. Bit more tricky than I expected, but it now has some temporary grip.

Honing went better than expected considering the edge was a bit beaten. Such a short edge is a very different honing experience to a straight.
