    I'm still new to the honing learning curve and this W&B has been giving me fits. This is the second or third time I've taken it to the hones and today I wanted to make sure that I had the bevel set before progressing beyond the 1k. No joy, back to the drawing board and likely an email to my mentor. The good news is that I honed a substantial chip out of the heel of the Buhl Sons and managed to put a pretty decent edge on it. Now I just have to decide if I want to tweak it or leave it alone.

    Note to anyone wanting to try the Sudsy AS, use it sparingly. I've used it three or four times now and every time I've walked around for about twenty minutes with my eyes watering and nose running. The peppermint oil is strong with this one!
