This Henry Sears and Son "hardware razor" was waiting for me in the mailbox on Monday but tugged quite a bit when I used it yesterday. Needless to say it got set aside in favor of something with an edge that I knew was ready for duty. Since then its had a quick swipe of polish and a run through the full progression on the hones, finishing with five laps of Chromium Oxide on wool felt. This thing took a great edge and offered up a superb shave but that wonderful edge created more pink foam in one shave than I've generated total in the last couple of months. Next time I'd better keep my mind on just removing the lather!

Between this one and my 5/8 Buhl & Sons I'm becoming a bit fascinated by the hardware store razors.

Amazing shave, and Bruno added a glow in the dark wedge.
After coming back in out of the sunlight, went into the dark bathroom and it was pretty cool
