Dang Jay, I really like the W&B FBU, the scales just really fit the blade and set it off

Agreed indeed. I love my FBU and I have kept it totally stock, right down to the blade patina including the classic black scales. I've posted it here on SOTD before. If I find another one in my travels, I'll dress it up a bit.

A post in another thread inspired me to pull this very similar razor today..
    T. Noonan & Sons KO Special.

One of my first blades and one of my very few ebay snags.. this is also the razor I got caught talking to. Without even realizing it, one night during a shave i uttered something to the effect of 'you are a beautiful blade'. About 5 seconds later I hear from the living room 'you're not talking to the razors are you?'
    Busted.

Thanks, Dave & Zip--I really enjoy its unique scales and man, it's a fabulous shaver...mows through my heavy beard like it's butter!
