D'Armes St Etienne being the French government arsenal at one time I'd expect the steel to be very good then. Yes those scales are fantastic, then again the rest of the accessories also look out of the ordinary too. That includes the "ordinary" badger brush. Thanks for posting such fine examples of shaving kit.
