    I too, restored one for a New Year's day, shave.
    A Hague, acier-fonde. Mid-late 1700s.
    Enjoyed it with a pre 1898, Derby silver Co. Scuttle, full of warm MdC Fougere.
    A very near BBS, for the first go around.

    Thank you & same to you, you did an excellent restoration there. Would be Very very cool to have a razor as old as yours, my oldest one is circa 1810-1820.
    It’s great shaving with a vintage with the right set up on a new year, can’t beat it!
