No shave today gents. I've been smoking stuffed boneless pork loins with hickory and apple wood all day. I don't look sharp or smell nice for the ladies.

The smell of burning hickory certainly brings out the primal memories of man's ancient past.......a time when huge chunks of roasted mammoth were slow cooked over a hardwood fire while they congratulated each other for a good hunt.
