Razor--Wade and Butcher 5/8.
Strops--SRD Premium 1 and Illinois 6454.
Soap--Esbjerg cream.
Brush--VDH badger.
Aftershave--Alum block, Dickinson's witch hazel, and a generous splash of Aqua-Velva Ice Blue.
Result--4 pass bbs workday shave. My shave was waaay better than my picture but I'm still dinking around with the camera. You gents have a great day. Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.

Seriously though, you have to remember that I'm an old film man. Give me a roll of Velvia, a Carl Zeiss lens, and one of my Icarex 35mm cameras and I'll make those razors pop your eyes.

I'll give the window sill a try the next shave and see what happens. If that don't work I'll nail a mirror to a tree and shave outside for a selfie.
